911 Dispatcher: Certificate of Achievement
The 9-1-1 Dispatcher Certificate includes a concentrated course of study designed to prepare students to work as a professional 9-1-1 law enforcement dispatcher.
Program Learning Outcomes
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Process a simulated 9-1-1 emergency call from call reception to the dispatch of emergency personnel by radio.
