Theater Arts-Technical Theater: AA Degree
This degree provides a foundation in Theater Arts for students interested in pursuing an Associates degree or higher in Drama/Theater, with an acting or technical emphasis, or pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. To fulfill the requirements for this degree, students will complete the required course and work with a counselor to determine the appropriate pattern of general education courses based on the student’s individual educational goals.

Must complete 6 units of courses not already taken from required core courses.
To receive an Associate Degree, students must complete 60 degree applicable semester units with a grade point average of at least 2.0. Students must also complete the NVC General Education pattern to earn an Associate degree. Consultation with a Counselor is highly encouraged to ensure all requirements are met.
